  • Gino Gaudio

    Chief Executive Officer

    Gino Gaudio is the great-nephew of Tony Gaudio, the husband of Dr. Mary Gaudio and the father of Gracielle Gaines and Gemma Keldrauk. Gino was born and raised in Southern California. He was awarded the designation of “Cavaliere” by the President of Italy in the “Ordine Della Stella D’Italia” in 2019. Gino is currently a commercial real estate broker with Stevenson Real Estate Services in Glendale, CA. He also worked in municipal government for 25 years and was a professional singer and musical comedy stage performer. He serves on the boards of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West, and the Fondazione Italia, and has served on the boards of the Little Italy of Los Angeles Association and the Italian American Museum of Los Angeles.

  • Dr. Mary Reid Gaudio

    Vice President

    Dr. Mary Reid Gaudio is originally from New York and worked as a snow ski instructor since she was 15 years old and as an actress in Hollywood before working at LAUSD for 30 years as a teacher and administrator. When she retired, she was the principal of Hollywood High School in Hollywood, CA. She has a BA in music majoring in viola, MA in Theatre, MA in Special Education and a Doctorate in Education from UCLA. Mary is the wife of Gino Gaudio and the mother of Richard Jacobs.

  • Chester Albert Hipple

    Chief Financial Officer

    Chester Hipple is the grandson of Tony Gaudio. He retired 12 years ago after 25 years with Sony Electronics of America, consumer sales division. His achievements include receiving the National Sales Award 3 times as the distributor manager for the western region. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Chester has been married for 38 years and has two daughters and two grandchildren. His personal enjoyments are traveling the world, golfing, playing pickleball, and lawn bowling. And most importantly, spending time with family.

  • Gracielle Gaines

    Board Member

    Gracielle Gaines is the eldest daughter of Gino Gaudio, and great grandniece of Tony Gaudio. With a BA in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University, and an MA in Teaching from La Sierra University, she enjoys her career as an elementary school teacher in Rancho Cucamonga. Gratci and her husband Bobby have three children, Ryan, Evan, and Madeline.

  • Chandra Hipple

    Board Member

    Chandra Hipple is the youngest daughter of Chester Hipple, and the great-granddaughter of Tony Gaudio. She currently lives in San Francisco with her partner and dog. Her primary work experience has been in the legal field since graduating from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, watching her favorite sports teams, and traveling.

  • Richard Jacobs, Esq

    Board Member

    Richard Jacobs, Esq. is the founder of The Law Offices of Richard Jacobs. He’s a graduate of UCLA with a BA in History and received his law degree from Chapman University. Richard was a star athlete in high school and played football for UCLA. He’s married to Marla Fox Jacobs and they have two children, Evan and Juliet. Richard is the son of Dr. Mary Reid Gaudio.

  • Roy Woods

    Board Member

    Roy Woods grew up in Santa Monica and attended Santa Monica High School. He attended UCLA undergraduate and Loyola Marymount graduate in education then taught at Santa Monica High School and Bishops School. Roy worked in the security systems for over 40 years as a sales person and then regional vice president for the West Coast. He is married with three children and nine grandchildren. In 1970, the Italian government invited his baseball team from America to play baseball that summer and they played throughout Italy in university games. “Keeping my grandfather's spirit alive and education of young cinematographers is a wonderful goal for the Gaudio foundation and I am happy and proud to be part of it.”

  • Gemma Keldrauk

    Board Member

    Gemma Keldrauk is the youngest daughter of Gino Gaudio and great grandniece of Tony Gaudio. With a BA in Fine Arts from Loyola Marymount University, she studied Music and rowed on the Crew Team as a Division 1 athlete. With multiple passions, she has worked in many fields while continuing to enjoy singing and performing. Currently, she is teaching at Great Hearts Classical Academy and performing the National Anthem at various professional sporting events. Gemma and her husband Eric have three children, Vera, Ivy, and Henry.
